• At least two years of client service and/or call center experience or four years in Insurance/Financial Institution settings.
• Clear written and verbal communication tailored to clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Resolve issues per ADP Risk Policy and product knowledge.
