Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior for Digital Tax Solutions to lead engagements that automate tax processes and optimize client data, process, technology, and workforce. You will collaborate with Tax AI leadership, support proposal and scoping phases, and contribute to training and documentation during hand-off.

The role emphasizes cross-office collaboration, project delivery, and ongoing client support, with opportunities to participate in go-live activities and post-implementation guidance

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience with technology or tax systems.
• ASC 740 tax accounting, consulting, or income tax compliance, preferred.
• CPA certification, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with tax data automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn the full scope of a client's tax function and help develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in planning or project delivery meetings and solutions workshops.
• Understand work plans for tax consulting projects.
• Assist in meeting client expectations and gathering requirements.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support engagements.
