Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Tax Senior, Digital Tax Solutions, to join the Digital Tax Solutions team and apply industry knowledge to collaborate with clients and team members on tax automation tools. The role involves networking within the firm and with clients to deliver automation across tax data, process, and technology.

You will work with Tax AI leadership to assess client tax departments end-to-end, help scope engagements, and support deployment, training, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred; two+ years tech/tax experience.
• Proficiency with tax systems and automation tooling; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify tax automation opportunities.
• Contribute to planning, scoping and design of tax solutions.
• Collaborate on data, process, and technology improvements.
• Support training and documentation during hand-off.
• Travel 10-25% as needed.
