Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Tax Senior, Digital Tax Solutions, to implement tax automation tools across client engagements. You will collaborate with Tax AI leadership to assess client tax departments end-to-end and identify automation opportunities in data, process, technology, and workforce.

Travel and cross-office collaboration are expected. You will participate in proposal, scoping, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, with remote work flexibility and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with focus in Accounting, Finance, CS, Data Analytics or Technology.
• Two+ years of experience with technology or tax systems.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tax AI leadership to assess client tax departments end-to-end.
• Engage in planning, scoping, design, testing and deployment of tax automation tools.
• Provide training and documentation during client hand-off.
