Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Technology.
• 2+ years of experience with technology or tax systems.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with tax/data automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn client tax function and develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in planning or delivery meetings, including proposals and workshops.
• Understand work plans for tax consulting projects and assist in meeting client expectations.
• Identify data/process improvements and communicate enhancements for automation.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget with project management support.
• Provide client training and documentation during hand-off.
