Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Tax Senior, Digital Tax Solutions, to apply tax automation tools for clients and internal teams. You will collaborate with clients and the Tax AI leadership to design, build, test, and deploy automated tax solutions across departments.

this role involves networking within the organization, managing engagements end-to-end, and supporting post-implementation client needs with training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience with technology or tax systems
• ASC 740 tax accounting, consulting, or income tax compliance, preferred
• CPA certification, preferred

Responsibilities

• Learn the full picture of a client’s tax function and develop strategies aligned with business objectives
• Participate in planning or project delivery meetings including proposal delivery and workshops
• Understand work plans for tax consulting projects
• Assist in meeting client expectations
• Draft clear communications around enhancements to tax process, technology, and data challenges
• Contribute to internal standards and processes for the practice
• Identify complex data challenges and communicate them clearly
