Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Tax Senior Manager, Digital Tax Solutions to lead tax automation initiatives for diverse clients across the U.S. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and deploy automated tax tools and processes.

Engagements span proposal, scoping, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, including on-site or virtual go-lives and training. Expect conference participation and cross-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience with technology or tax systems.
• Knowledge of ASC 740 tax accounting is preferred.
• Leadership experience and client-facing skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies viability of prospective clients and identifies expansion opportunities.
• Leads planning, project delivery, and workshops with clients.
• Manages risk, scope, and budget for engagements, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develops training and documentation during client hand-off.
• Oversees Tax AI team and client engagements from proposal to deployment.
