Job summary

BDO USA is hiring a Tax Senior, Digital Tax Solutions, to join the Digital Tax Solutions team. You will apply tax industry knowledge and technology to design and implement automation tools across client tax data, processes, and technology.

You will build relationships internally and with clients, and help guide engagements from scoping to deployment under Tax AI leadership. You will participate in training, documentation, and post-implementation support while traveling 10-25% and collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, CS, Data Analytics or Technology
• Two or more years of experience with technology or tax systems
• CPA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Apply industry knowledge to collaborate with clients and team members to implement tax automation tools
• Network to build relationships within the organization and with clients
• Collaborate with Tax AI leadership to assess client tax departments end-to-end for automation opportunities
• Engage in proposal, scoping, design, build, test and deployment activities
• Provide training and documentation during hand-off and support post-implementation
