Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems as well as AI-based tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent

Responsibilities

• Review each client's tax situation with guidance from a Client Care Specialist
• Deliver clear advice and build trust with clients
• Leverage advanced technology to prepare returns and review results for accuracy
• Ask open-ended questions and listen to understand client needs and identify savings opportunities
• Recommend relevant products and services based on client needs and situations
• Continue building tax knowledge through ongoing training
• Build strong client relationships and support office goals through teamwork
