H&R Block is hiring a Tax Associate in the United States to begin a hands-on apprenticeship in tax and client service. You will review each client's tax situation, offer clear advice, and build trust with clients in an in-person setting.

You'll learn through training and coaching while using advanced technology with support from a Client Care Specialist to deliver accurate returns and personalized guidance. Opportunities to grow during tax season are available.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills; explain information clearly and ask questions to understand needs
• Problem-solving and ability to organize information
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent
