Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills, explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
