You'll train with advanced technology and a Client Care Specialist to ensure accuracy and helpful recommendations while growing your tax knowledge and client-facing confidence.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems as well as AI-based tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a dedicated Client Care Specialist who gathers client information, allowing you to focus on reviewing each client's tax situation and delivering a great experience.
• Leverage advanced technology to prepare returns while you focus on reviewing results, ensuring accuracy, and providing personalized advice.
• Use open-ended questions and active listening to understand client needs and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Recommend relevant products and services based on client needs, questions, and unique situations.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions with guidance and resources.
• Continue building tax knowledge through ongoing training to grow confidence and serve clients effectively.
• Build strong client relationships and support office goals through teamwork and a client-first approach.
