Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes while building your local client base.

As a trusted TurboTax advisor, you will grow the local presence, attract new clients, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax returns preparation using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
