Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of financial experts, assisting in-person customers with TurboTax products and delivering personalized tax guidance. Responsibilities include tax preparation, tax planning, and customer support while growing the local client base, leveraging marketing support and software tools to build a thriving community

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred
• Must have or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and helping clients achieve financial goals
• Interact with customers in-person and through TurboTax marketing and tools
