Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax prep, advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You will grow the local client base, provide tax planning, and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes while wearing a TurboTax uniform and working in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• On-site at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
