Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, serving as trusted advisors to customers navigating tax needs.

You’ll provide full-service tax preparation and advice, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools. This non-exempt, on-site role requires active tax credentials, PTIN, and willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform while

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
