Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax return preparation, tax planning, and software support while building local relationships.

You will leverage tax expertise, engage with the community, and create long-term client growth through tailored tax solutions and friendly service. This role is non-exempt and location-based.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted tax licenses (EA, CPA, or attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
A valid PTIN required to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax tools.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging locals and generating referrals.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete simple to complex tax returns for customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
