Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support in-person, helping clients navigate complex tax situations and maximize refunds.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community marketing efforts, and build long-term relationships with clients while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Active tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) or eligible.
PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Must be able to obtain relevant state licenses or permits.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
