Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare tax returns, and help grow the local client base through community engagement and marketing support.

The role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients while leveraging Intuit resources and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Build local client base through community engagement and marketing support.
