Zusammenfassung

Intuit seeks highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and driving customer loyalty.

You’ll work onsite, engage with the community, and leverage marketing support to grow your client base, with a strong focus on accurate tax solutions and exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and fostering client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term trust with clients.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools; address inquiries and tax challenges.
• Assist in local marketing efforts to grow TurboTax client base with marketing support.
