Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation and advice, engage with the local community, and help build a loyal client base while promoting Intuit’s TurboTax products.

Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license or PTIN, with at least 3 years of returns experience. The role requires onsite presence, flexible hours, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for in-person customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and referrals.
• Create a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.
