Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking outgoing TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

Use tax expertise to assist customers with full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support. You will build relationships in the local community, attract new clients, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing to grow the business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney license preferred with tax prep experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face in the community.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing initiatives with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
