Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to perform in-person tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You’ll help customers navigate tax needs, grow the local client base, and deliver outstanding service in a collaborative team.

The role is on-site, requires tax expertise, strong communication, and a commitment to community engagement and compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• On-site availability Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for a range of tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Assist customers in-person using TurboTax products and resources.
