Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

Role requires onsite presence, tax expertise, and a customer-first mindset to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes while engaging with the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses or certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and empathetic service.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools to resolve tax inquiries.
