Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. As a trusted advisor, you will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and collaborate with marketing and support resources to build a thriving business and trusted relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and planning needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
• Build local and online presence to grow TurboTax client base.
