Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and support software usage while growing the local client base. The role emphasizes community engagement, trust, and proactive service delivery.

You will work onsite, serve as a trusted advisor, and participate in local marketing and outreach efforts, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite work at TurboTax locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Perform discovery sessions, tax reviews, and plan future tax strategies.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to local community growth.
