Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will help customers navigate tax needs, prepare returns, and offer personalized guidance while building relationships within your local community. In this year-round, on-site role, you’ll use TurboTax tools, contribute to growth, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours per week; weekend availability.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and foster long-term relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and empathy.
• Act as a community ambassador and participate in in-store marketing activities.
