Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice to in-person customers, leveraging tax software and support tools to deliver accurate solutions.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, growing the local client base through outreach and building strong, long-term relationships with clients and the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state returns.
• Active EA/CPA or attorney license; PTIN required.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location; 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image in a retail setting.
