Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax as Local Service Experts at new U.S. locations.

You will provide full service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. This on-site role emphasizes local growth, community engagement, and building lasting client relationships. You will work 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and participate in training and cross-selling within the Intuit

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax’s community footprint.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop trusting relationships by understanding each client’s complete financial picture.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
