Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless client experience. You’ll also act as a local ambassador, building a client base, hosting events, and promoting Intuit

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with local community and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to address bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory needs.
• Deliver high-quality, end-to-end Intuit experiences in customer meetings.
