Job summary

Intuit is seeking a year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax advice and full preparation for clients. You will collaborate with a team to cover personal and business taxes, ensuring a seamless Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and connect clients to Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. On-site role with strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, min 20 hours/week.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and allow name/photo usage for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
• Engage with clients in person and via Intuit video tools to resolve tax-related questions.
