Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks an on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end support, from tax returns to planning and advisory services, while building a thriving local client base.

You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex scenarios and fostering long-term relationships, with opportunities to participate in community workshops and local events.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence and community engagement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage in local events and marketing-backed outreach with available tools.
