Intuit Careers in the United States is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform onsite tax preparation and advisory services. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless customer experience, from discovery to final delivery, in a local TurboTax location.

The role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and cross-selling Intuit services while maintaining strong customer relationships and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base by engaging with community and leveraging marketing tools.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
