Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist in expanding local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and support diverse tax scenarios.
