Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location. You’ll engage with customers in-person and virtually, handling a range of personal and business tax scenarios while coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will play a key role in attracting new clients and deepening community trust, leveraging marketing tools to build lasting relationships and drive year-round

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys credentials preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• Ability to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with the wider Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a high-touch, end-to-end customer experience in-person and via virtual channels.
