Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and personalized tax advisory at a dedicated TurboTax location.

You will assist both in-person and virtual clients, coordinate with specialists, and grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships. Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable appearing in marketing materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for holistic client solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
• Help clients plan with future tax strategies and use Intuit ecosystem tools.
