Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with clients in-person and virtually, delivering complete tax solutions and connecting them with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community events, and maintain a strong customer-focused approach while leveraging Intuit tools and marketing

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all training and development as required; training may include cross-training of other products.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising using your name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax tips and educational content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow TurboTax local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and other services.
• Build relationships with clients to turn one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
