• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred for tax preparation expertise.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with integrated Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional, end-to-end customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
