Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, while growing a local client base and working closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service. Onsite work is required with opportunities to engage in community events and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using pro software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in person and virtually.
