Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and client relationship management at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, including personal and business taxes, deductions optimization, and future planning, both in‑person and via virtual channels.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years’ filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite presence at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Compliance/training requirements must be completed.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in marketing.
• Interest in local/community growth and online presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Serve as local growth driver: outreach, events, partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings with specialists.
• Build long-term client relationships and loyalty.
• Offer in-person and virtual support using TurboTax tools.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and compliance.
