Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking committed TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations nationwide. You will deliver hands-on tax support for individuals and small businesses, while integrating with a broader team to address comprehensive financial needs.

You will cultivate local relationships, attract new clients, and participate in community outreach to expand TurboTax’s presence.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Guide clients through full Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
