Job summary

Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform in-person and virtual tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will connect clients with a full team for business and personal tax needs and actively grow your local client base.

You will build trust as a local ambassador, deliver personalized tax advice, and participate in community events, while leveraging marketing tools to expand the client base and enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain onsite presence and schedule at TurboTax locations, with a minimum weekly commitment.
