Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site, full-service tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, expanding the local client base and aligning services with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will build relationships, provide comprehensive tax planning, and leverage marketing tools to grow the local practice, while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 requirements.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office (8:00-17:00, Mon-Fri, 20+ hrs/wk).
• Willing to trainings and cross-training across products and offerings.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Attract and grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Guide clients through complete financial picture and connect with Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and professional service.
