Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax guidance at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem, and drive local growth through community engagement. Responsibilities include in-person/virtual client support, complex tax scenarios, and collaboration with a team of specialists.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) with strong filing experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and upskilling into advisory services.
• Willingness to work onsite, 20+ hours per week, with potential peak-season scaling.
• Willingness to wear uniforms and participate in training and cross-training.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business scenarios.
• Lead local client growth through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
