Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients at local locations across the United States.

You will work closely with a team of specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes while growing the local client base.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear financial guidance.
