Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for our new locations across the United States. You will provide tax advice, complete preparations, and guide clients through complex scenarios while engaging with the local community.

This role emphasizes growth of a local customer base and cross-selling Intuit solutions. Strong tax credentials and excellent client-facing skills are essential, with onsite work between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must hold an EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience with professional tax software and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Organize local events and leverage marketing tools to increase engagement.
