Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve customers at new TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete tax preparation, and act as a local business ambassador to drive growth while delivering a best-in-class client experience.

The role emphasizes on-site work hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon–Fri) with potential peak-season scaling. You’ll help clients maximize refunds and connect them with Intuit solutions, including TurboTax and

Qualifications

EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience is preferred.
Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Familiarity with Circular 230 and 30+ federal/state tax returns seasonally.

Responsibilities

Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
Guide clients to Intuit solutions that best fit their financial needs.
Deliver exceptional customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
