Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. The role combines tax expertise with community engagement, delivering end-to-end local tax services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll work on-site with a team of financial professionals, handling personal and business tax scenarios, advising clients, and growing the local TurboTax footprint through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and empathy.
