Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. The role focuses on full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while also growing local client bases and coordinating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem.

You will work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, engaging with in-person and virtual clients to deliver an end-to-end experience and build long-term relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience, ensuring client satisfaction.
