Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert guidance on personal and business tax needs, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end service. This on-site role emphasizes community engagement and client growth, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for comprehensive solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
